Billing and Payment Terms and Conditions

    1. Introduction​

    These terms regulate the billing and payment conditions applicable to the software development and programming services provided by Skanndar Creative, hereinafter referred to as "the service provider." 

    By contracting my services, the client agrees to the following terms: ​

    2. Services and quotations

  • Any additional development or modifications beyond the scope of the initial estimate will be charged separately, subject to prior client approval.
  • Delivery times and specific conditions will be established in the contract or service agreement.


3. Payment Methods

Payments can be made using the following methods:

  • Bank transfer: indicating the invoice number as a reference. ​
  • Credit/Debit card ​ 
  • PayPal/Bizum 

Payments must be made in euros (€), unless otherwise agreed in writing. ​


4. Payment Deadlines and Conditions ​

  • The client must pay the invoice within a maximum of 15 days from the date of issue.
  • For long-term projects, an advance payment of 33% may be required before starting the work, with the remaining balance paid in partial installments or upon completion of the service.
  • If payment is not made by the agreed date, the service may be suspended until the outstanding amount is settled.


5. Late Payment Interest and Surcharges

  • In the event of late payment, a monthly interest rate of 8% will be applied, in accordance with Law 3/2004 on combating late payments.
  • If the debt remains unpaid after 45 days, debt collection services or legal consultation may be pursued.


6. Invoicing and Error Corrections

  • If the client detects an error in the invoice, they must notify it within 7 days of receipt by sending an email to info@skanndar.top.
  • Claims regarding invoices will not be accepted after this period has elapsed.


7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Since the services provided are digital and personalized, no refunds or returns are accepted once the work has started.
  • If the client decides to cancel an ongoing project, they must pay for the work completed up to the cancellation date.
  • If the service includes a guarantee for corrections or maintenance, it will be applied according to the conditions agreed in the contract.


8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Unless otherwise agreed, the developed code may not be resold or reused without prior authorization.
  • The client will receive the rights to the developed software only after full payment of the project.
  • We reserve the right to include the project in our portfolio unless the client expressly requests otherwise.


9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from billing or payment will be resolved in accordance with Spanish law.
  • Both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
