Do you only work with Odoo?
Odoo is the core, but the real value is in the surrounding architecture: infrastructure, data, integrations, AI. If you have a complex project orbiting an ERP, I can most likely help.
Do you work with companies outside Spain?
Yes. Work is mostly remote. I have experience with companies in Spain, but the stack and methodology have no borders.
How much does a project cost?
Full Odoo implementations start at €15,000. High availability or BI architectures from €8,000. DevOps/observability retainers from €1,500/month. The initial audit is free: that's where we define the real scope.
Why don't you have visible employees or a team?
I work as the principal architect and strategist, with a network of validated specialists for projects that require them. No agency overhead, no junior doing your project. You always talk to me.
How long does an implementation take?
A functional Odoo implementation takes 2 to 6 months depending on complexity. Implementations that drag on 18 months are usually a problem of poorly defined scope or lack of decision-making. We solve that in the audit.
