Why we book this way (and not with Calendly)
It's not for show: we use on ourselves exactly what we sell. These are the objective differences versus a typical SaaS scheduler.
Your data, in the EU and in our hands
The calendar and contacts live in our Odoo, self-hosted in the European Union. They don't pass through a third party's US servers or feed another company's database.
Wired to a real CRM
A booking isn't a loose event: it creates an opportunity and a calendar event inside the same system where we run sales and projects. No fragile app-to-app syncs.
No per-user monthly fee
We don't pay a seat license per rep just to schedule. It's a module of the ERP we already run: the cost doesn't grow with the team.
Full customization
Brand, flow, appointment types, language and copy are ours. We're not bound to a template or to whatever options a SaaS decides to offer.
Same origin, no third-party cookies
The calendar is served under skanndar.top (same-origin, proxied to Odoo). No cross-domain iframe dropping third-party tracking cookies in your browser.
We own the code
It's Odoo Community plus an in-house module. We can read, audit and change how it works. If tomorrow you want this in your own house, it's yours: no lock-in.
